You will need a solicitor to carry out your legal work when you buy a property. Here you can find out everything you need to know.

Talk to friends and family:

If you know someone that has recently purchased a property then they may be able to recommend a solicitor. Ask about communication, this is often where solicitors fall down by making it difficult to get regular updates and progress reports.
